In other pastry news, the boulangerie where I often buy my lunchtime sandwiches has made it onto a similar list for chocolate éclairs (sorry no handy pdf available) I might as well wave goodbye to my waistline!

Sounds great. It's ages since I had an eclair. But today I'm looking for a good source of hot cross buns. Something not so well produced in Norfolk! Trish
