Chaleur

Decided it's too hot to go on the RER so am working in local library. However it's almost as hot in here. The open windows are just letting in hot polluted air (Paris officially has elevated pollution levels today, and you can tell if you ride a Velib around. There are signs asking drivers to drive gently and mentioning mandatory pollution controls for old vehicles - I have seen no evidence of either phenomenon)

May decamp to Relais de la poste to see if it's any cooler there.
