Got the referee reports from EPSRC about my post-doc proposal. They are generally positive, but not without some criticism. We have 7 days to write a 1-page response that gets presented, along with the referee reports, to the final selection panel. Without having seen the quality of the other proposals, it's very hard to estimate my chances. Roughly speaking, since this is the second round of the process, we need to finish in the top half. Having read the reports, I'm now even more convinced that it's good work and should be funded. Fingers crossed. Decision day is March 12th.
