We've just found out that one of our neighbours has a piano. Luckily the pianist is quite good. Our windows face onto the courtyard so there are plenty of opportunities to observe French life. From where I sit, I can see the lady who lives opposite folding laundry, although most people have net curtains to prevent such spying.

Since the sun has come out we're going to make another expedition to Muji.
