Le Grand Départ

Sam has wrapped the Jersey presents, the Croydon presents have arrived safely, and we're about to start packing. If all goes well with trains and boats we'll be in Jersey early Saturday morning - blogging will recommence in a week or so. Today on the way home from work the RER broke down at Port Royal and I had to walk the rest of the way home - I'm hoping this isn't a bad omen for tomorrow's voyage to St Malo...
