If you were wondering what my journey to work is like after I reach RER Bagneux, you can now find out in this piece on France 3 - unfortunately, the reason it's being covered is because of a spate of recent attack on students returning from central Paris in the evening. We've all been sent an email telling us to take care - not sure how much good that will do if I'm set on by a gang of ten robbers. They apparently target laptops - according to the report, one student has had his thesis stolen (wot no backup?!). The report also claims that 5 guys have been arrested, so hopefully that will calm things down a bit.
