Currying favour

Eduardo and Ignacio came round last night for a curry making lesson. I'm not the best qualified curry chef in England by some considerable distance, but in the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king. So Edu will be searching Logroño for garam masala when he gets back. After Edu goes, Ignacio and I are planning a trip to Amsterdam. There's a sleeper train that goes up there, or we might hire a car again. Anyone recommend a hostel? As few novelty-pot-smoking college kids as possible, please..
