Dutch fans have bought Dick Advocaat a flight home, since they blame him for the 3-2 loss to the Czech republic:

Advocaat has been booked on Tuesday's Virgin Express flight from Faro to Brussels, at a cost of 163.14 euros (£107).

"We will give him the ticket through room service at his hotel. All he needs is his passport," De Laat explained.

When it was pointed out that that the flight was to Belgium, not Holland, De Laat added: "He doesn't have to come back to the Netherlands."
